The awesome CASA C-212
was chosen by the 1st TSG (A) for its large rear ramp to slide off the ATBs/ATAC on skid board and then to jump the folded ATB attached to a Paratrooper as a lowering line load. Jumping the folded ATB in a bag should be no problem out large side jump doors like the C-17's 84" x 80", and certainly easy from the rear ramps of C-130 Hercules, CH-47/CH-53 families of aircraft.
