Operation Dark Claw Team members, SSG Ernest Hoppe and LT Jeff Schram rigged for the first pass over the Drop Zone (DZ). They will immediately follow their 26" ATBs/ATAC rigged to G-13 cargo parachute, jumping static-line with MC1-1B steerable round parachutes. They jump a military 5.56mm M16 type rifle and M590 12 gauge shotgun in side M1950 weapons cases. The 18D Medical Specialist Hoppe has an ALICE rucksack rigged for lowering line full of Medical supplies, MREs, ammo and field living gear. He will tow the Roleeze wheel system RATSC ATAC with the rescued "hostage" after the assault 35 miles back to Fort Bragg, NC. Both will steer their canopies towards a landing close to their equipment bundle and after exiting the harness de-rig it of the cargo parachute, paper honeycomb and plywood to tow the ATAC by ATB.
